Day 13
Up before nine. Walker has been a "handful" the last two mornings though, so I was up at six for about half an hour. I went into the city this afternoon. We had Mary's engagement diamond re-set and I picked it up. I proposed again this evening. Thank god she said yes. Look for a picture of the new ring later - it's quite shiny.
Yesterday's big accomplishment was a trip to the dump. To get the sticker that's require to drop off your trash, you have to find this little shack at a major industrial complex, but you actually take the recyclying and stuff to a different facility that is nicely marked and doesn't smell quite as bad. Maybe they make it difficult just to deter people.

Two things come immediately to mind. 1) Who invited the white guy? 2) Is that guy on the right the boyfriend from "Coming to America"?
