While many continue to suffer from the long hangover of the .com boom, some of us still occasionally reap benefits. That's the case for those of us who have survived five years at DoubleClick. We get a four week sabbatical! Mine starts June 3 at 3pm and runs (thanks to the July 4th holiday) until July 6th.

So what happens when a 34 year old, married, suburban, father of one gets a month off from work? Well, it might not exactly be the makings of a hit sitcom but please visit daily to participate in this quintessential navel-gazing exercise.
